Warning Signs of Suicide
Knowing
what warning signs to be aware of can be a valuable tool when you’re concerned
about someone. If you recognize these warning signs in yourself or someone
else, speak up. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Reach out. Check in.
Ask someone how they’re doing and take a moment to really listen to the answer.
