This week on Episode 137 of the Inner Monologue podcast is Yoga Teacher and Personal Development Coach, Angella Tortorici. Angella and I start our conversation talking about how working in fields that have us engaging with a lot of people, makes it necessary to allow more personal time for silence to reenergize. Angella and I talk about the first night we met, her Yoga journey as a student and teacher as well as her Puppies to the Rescue fundraiser for rescue pups that she organizes multiple times a year. Angella shares her own personal battle with depression and how Yoga, clean eating and her dog Kala are all integral factors for mental health wellness.

This week on Episode 136 of the Inner Monologue podcast is Yoga teacher/ instructor Matthew Ricci. Matthew and I first met many years ago when he was a participant in my brother’s after school and summer program. He was always an easy going kid, so it was no surprise that he excelled at yoga many years later. Matthew teaching practice allows him to help other advanced teachers their yoga as well as the beginner how is walking into a yoga studio for the first time. We talk about Matthews first experience with yoga and his path to becoming the teacher he is today. Matthew grates joy comes from helping people overcome physical pain and limited range of motion.
