This week on Inner Monologue podcast is the founder of The Human Happiness Project, Ed Wischer. As many transformative stories begin, Ed’s journey begins with a breakup of a relationship. Finding himself in an existential funk, he contemplated why happiness eluded him. He became fascinated with the concept and asked those close to him what happiness means to them. To his surprise, his friends and family were also stumped as to the true definition of happiness. This ultimately set Ed on a quest to uncover his happiness. Along this journey, he began to discover that happiness isn’t a goal, but a way to self-awareness.
