This week on Inner Monologue, we have Jeff Eduord. He is a passionate entrepeneur, founder of the company Flox, originally from Boston, fluent in Creole and inspired to be connected to many people. He reflects on his love of sports that brought him from Boston to Arizona and the tragedy of his friend, a very talented athlete, who he lost to violence. We discuss the concept of when one is not happy and you have to make a very hard decision to change your life and learning to trust your decisions and move toward making your life better. He talks about the love of serving others and having changes of heart in career direction. We also discuss the journey through the steps and growing pains of starting a business from scratch and sticking to it during the growth and evolution. During the path of entrepreneurship, some people limit themselves because they don't have the resources. We reflect on the voice in your head that says that you are going to fail and how to not give up and rise above the doubt, finding a balance in your life while doing what you love.
